Do you keep battery in gopro?

Being that the zenmuse powers the gopro, do you gets keep the battery in the gopro or remove it to save some weight?

Will the zenmuse be off balance without the battery in it?

ALWAYS keep it in there - not too sure how the charging circuit in the Zenmuse would behave without a battery in place!

YES ! - I seem to remember I have read this very point on the DJI website somewhere. Knowing how just breathing on the Zenmuse from 100 yards away sends it into hibernation mode, not having a battery in would seriously affect the balance.
