DJI Phantom keeps going into failsafe mode

I just got the DJI Phantom last week and have lost a Zenmuse gimbal to the Phantom going into failsafe mode. I am not very far from the DJI when this happens. Batteries are always full on transmitter and Phantom. I have upgraded all my firmware and software. Any help on this would be great. Thanks

You may have a short on the transmitter or you have a loose antenna cable in the transmitter.

This happened to me and it was a bad solder on my antenna in tx
