Dear sirs my brand new Dji phantom 4 pro+ obsidian fall of the sky by itself with out any error in my remote controler i had send th dat file in Dji but no anwer yet.here is the link for my dat file can you tell me if i had an error

What are the chance that the battery fell out it or became disconnected. ?

Ok that is good to know, how high was the drone when it fell into the water and was anything else broken, such as the camera or legs ?
