DJI phantom 3 pro range with extender?

Hi everyone, I have recently bought a DJI phantom 3 professional that had an ITELITE range extender come with it. Does anyone know how far this would extend the range of my phantom? (Just out of curiosity, as I don't think I'd take my drone further than the 2-kilometer mark. Thanks

The Itelite DBS works well on my P3's. The range limit really depends on drone altitude, and obstructions like buildings or trees. When testing these limits, be sure your RTH settings are correct so the drone automatically returns to homepoint due to loss of signal.
