The menus have been rearranged (I'm connected to my P3A with an iPad mini 2); seems mostly like a change - not better, not worse. I do appreciate that the RTH altitude isn't quite so buried.

The flight log now correctly reports the number of flights after a cloud sync.

Yeah they did a decent amount of UI improvements in the application. Much easier to tap menu rows for fingers. It's good to see they are working on things.
