DJI GO App Not Talking To My P3A

I turn on my Controller, then I turn on my P3A, and then I turn on my DJI GO app and plug it in to the USB port on my controller but it is not connecting... nothing. The app just get as far as the screen where I choose the P3A and give me a button to push on the bottom that goes to a website to show me how to connect the controller, P3A, and the app. I can't get any further than that.

Any ideas whats going on?

What tablet or phone are you using?
What version of the app?
What firmware version?
Are you plugging the cable also into the tablet/phone (in addition to the controller)?
Have you tried a different cable?
