DJI Founder-Video Interview

He seemed to be speaking past tense, like it has already been developed, but that could be bad translation. No doubt that would be cool.

Could be a case of "be careful what you wish for". Knowing DJI, it would be programmed to avoid any obstacle within 10 ft. or so (20 feet in the next firmware release, 30 in the next...). A close fly-by of an object would become impossible. Fewer crashes possibly, but less dramatic footage. It seems every "upgrade" results in a more dumbed-down Phantom.

I could not get that link to play the video. It would start to load, then just jump to the next video by itself. Weird!
Managed to get it to play here in case anyone else is having the same problem.
Last years revenue $125 million!! Targeting 4 to 5 times that this year!!! Holy crap! That's getting close to 1 billion dollars a year turnover!!

Bearing in mind the development cycle for these things I wouldn't be at all surprised if the P3 is long done, dusted and put to bed as far as R&D is concerned and the top boffins are looking at the P4 or even P5 by now...

With that much money one would think customer support would not suck so much.
