It's covered.....at least that's how I read it......but I'm surprised I didn't get new motors. That seems to be another popular fix. At least for the people w/ no warrantyThey are going you charge you for it? Unless you threw it into a fence, how could they charge you for a FW upgrade failure? I, like many others had a few problems but used the tip from @JohnnyD913 (?) and had it sorted.
