Disabling Beginner Mode PHP+

Can anyone help with this? I see that beginner mode is checked when I start the app, but I can't uncheck it.
 
Sure, make sure AC, RC, and the device, i.e., tablet, are all on and see this page in settings.

But what's it going to be like to send it up to 400 feet? I'm already nervous seeing it at 90 feet.
 
Go to a real wide open field and take it to 100' then 200' and then 400'. Do it only if it's NOT a windy day. Also don't fly it above the head.

Fun flying will be much lower than 400 feet. Just go higher than all surrounding obstacles and practice making the AC go where you want it to go. Big circles, figure eights, or any appealing shape. Flying at 400 feet is okay for some pictures, but enjoyment (for me) comes from slow low passes under complete control. Being able to maneuver to get that perfect shot.
