What is the difference between the phantom 3 professional and the phantom 3 4K?!

No Lightbridge, no VPS (I think), 480P Live view, no GLONASS or however you spell it etc. Its pretty much a Phantom 3 Standard with 200m more range and a 4k camera, but the live view is worse. You can compare on the DJI website

The bigggies are the Pro (and Advanced) use Lightbridge for 5 times the range of wifi that the Std and P3 4K use
The P3 4k has 480p live view as against the 720p that all the others have.

When the US FCC regulations and registeration hit the streets saying you can only fly Visual Line of sight DJI came out with the P3 4K unit that dropped from the long range Lightbridge back to a standard controller thinking more people would go for the lower price and controls.
Most VLOS can only go out 1500-200O ft watching the craft. So no need to go for the mile distances.
