Did this guy get fly his drone over a helicopter?

Following an explosion at a school in Minneapolis today, the Star Tribune has been posting lots of stories and some of the photos appear to be taken via drone...and photos #2 and #7 sure appear to be taken over the top of a helicopter.

Maybe these are taken from another helicopter--the newspaper doesn't say. It does appear though that the the byline lists an individual that has a remote pilot certificate, per the FAA registry...

Wow just watched that on our morning news

I would imagine that area is pretty locked down in terms of "Drone/UAS" use. If I were a betting man (and I'm not ) I'd bet those images are from another helicopter and not a UAS.
