I dont think you are going to find what you are looking for really. Firms that print decals will want to keep thing in house so that you have to buy from them.

I could be wrong but I thought I remember seeing a thread a while back where someone on this site actually offered a download for a skin that you could print at home. Not sure which Phantom it was for though. You may be able to find it by searching for "skins". Good luck.
Yeah I thought I saw something too but I can't find it either and I think it was an American flag but not sure
I remember that one but this may have been the one that I was talking about. There are likely more out there. I just did a real quick search...
