This was a challenging environment to film in because of conditions, ambient light and my learning curve with Final Cut Pro's color grading. I would love to hear some constructive criticisms from FCP experienced videographers on how I could have made this better.

Disclaimer: the subject is not the most interesting or exhilarating but the story there is somewhat interesting. Anyway, it was an exercise in post-processing and P3P mission planning (Litchi). P3Pro with an Avitar ND4 filter filming at 4k, 24fps and manual camera settings.

Thanks for your comments.

I would suggest using the FCPX scopes, and make sure your monitor you are using for visual evaluation is calibrated. Professionals use special calibrated monitors ranging upwards of $25,000, but most computer monitors can be calibrated to give satisfactory performance.

There is lots more, but those 2 steps underpin anything further.

Thanks David ... I did use Luma and RGP Parade on this video. My Mac setup gets me quite close to handling 4k video and I often suffice with HD though based on client needs.

Best,
