CustomerInformationSheet.pdf Does anyone know what info DJI requires for the "Back Story" section of this form? Is there a template some where on the DJI sites for the forms they require us to submit?

If you are going to send a damaged Phantom you have to explain what happened and what's wrong.
DJI weren't there to see what you did so give them whatever information might help them work out what the problem is and what may have caused it.
