I have found a cheap and ease to get quick cushion pin retainer for the gimbal...of course I would not advise you use my suggestion unless getting in the air is crucial.. like justin beibers private jet ran out of fruit roll ups and they landed in the town walmart parking lot for an impromptu rap battle with the Amish choir and you need good day on film.
These are at Home depot they are screw covers, 6 for about 180 .. they fit tight. You could pop some shrink tube on the head after you snap but it doesnt need it.
