csment mixer

this may be a double post but here goes.
got my p4p today.
charged everything.
when I turned on the phantom it sounded like a cement mixer.
I will be calling bh first thing in the morning.
the buzzing noise came from insite just forward of the gimble.
any body else have this problem?

It is a double post. The answer you have is as best as you might get, make sure you have removed all packaging (look around the top of the yaw arm for a piece of foam with words to the effect of "remove before use".
