Connection between software DJI go 4 and P4P

I am always having problems, with the connection of the software
DJI 4 go to my p4p ??
The controller connects straight away to the quad but the softwares not?
I am fed up having to switch on my tablet on and off clearing all apps?
Switching on and off the controller and so on, and so forth with my unit??
I've put short cables on the connection s between the controller and tablet and long cable between ??
So could somebody please tell me where I'm going wrong?

I do have it on Android it's huewi tablet

delete cache from the DJI go app, or (what I have had to do) uninstall/reinstall. Make sure you're turning on your RC (while connected to tablet) then the drone. iof you still; have issues, you might want to check if there's FW issues with the RC version vs bird version. What kind of hauwei tablet have you got? As I'm running a P10+ phone and a 2014 Samsung 10.1 tab.
