Connecting Remote Controller?

I have successfully updated my Phantom but I am having trouble connecting the controller to the computer. I have it plugged into the micro-usb port inside the controller and powered on and then plugged it into the computer but no response.

Any help?

You need to download the RC assistant software which is different than what you use to upgrade the phantom itself and is also available on the download page on DJzi support website. Of course make sure you download and install the driver file before anything else and choose continue when promoted.
