Compass a PC Board component?

Is the compass a pc board component, and the lead going down one of the legs just an antenna?

No..... the sensor is mounted on the landing gear.

But it does plug into the main board. It says compass by the connection on my p3s.

Correct... the magnetometer is on the leg however, the board is marked so you no where to plug it in.
