Everyone keeps saying Veterans Park. I was there Sat. but not flying and thought it looked good (as long as its empty).

Just make sure you follow the rules, get your UAS number with the FAA, call the airports/helipads to notify.

I've been in RC for almost 30 years but drones just a few months now.

Anyone have experience notifying Easterwood airport for drone operations? I see they're not hooked into LAANC online authorizations, yet. Are they cool with just a phone call? TIA.
