Yea there was about 5 others there with other UAS flying around too. I surprised as well when I talked with them they had told me it's popular spot early morning / afternoon
It's a beautiful park , I know NJ and park authorities have all the state parks banned. So far I've been there a few times and there's always a bunch of people usually early morning there with their crafts. All the way in the back , in the parking lot by the lake.
I live in NJ also, Monmouth County. Good to know Cheesequake allows flying, thanks for the info. I go to Dorbrook Park in Colts Neck every once in a while, they also have an RC section in the back.
