CheckList of Things to Be Done When Selling?

Is there a checklist of things that should be done by an individual to the RC or Phantom when selling?

Thinking of buying a used one off the classified's. I have one from DJI but, figured I might pick up another if the price is right. Are there things that should be done by the seller or do not worry about it and do it when I get it?

Drones are so cheap now, I wouldn't mess with a used one with no warranty.
