We own rural property and are in negotiation to have a cell tower erected on the back part of our property. It would be about 2/3rd's of a mile from our house. About all I can say is that the proposed tower is 180' tall.
If I fly near the house, (2/3rd's of a mile away from the tower), would this have any adverse effect on gps, light bridge or other processes associated with flying my p3A, or is it far enough away to not be a problem?

Two thirds of a mile is a long way. I wouldn't worry about it. But I wouldn't go snooping along next to it either...

I fly several hundred yards by a cell tower almost every flight and haven't had a hint of a problem.

Never has me . Not light bridge but I do it all the time .

I have flown about 200' of such a tower and had absolutely no problem.

My buddy has done inspections of cell towers only 4-5 feet away, of course he is only about 100 feet away, I would not recommend getting that close if you are very far away...
