Casch mapping not working

What am I doing wrong? I can’t seem to store the map on the iPad. Do I have to casch the map and leave the app open before I hook up and fly again?

1) Cache the map on the device standalone.
2) Close the app.
3) Turn off Wi-Fi Note: If you are using cellular to cache, this may not work.

Leave Wi-Fi off until after you fly, otherwise it will re-cache to your current location when you try to go fly, assuming you have GPS.

Cheers fly... I will try that. The iPad doesn’t have cellular built in to it but it automatically turns on WiFi automatically and I have no idea how to disable that lol

Put the tablet in "airplane mode", it will do the same thing.
