Cannot seem to upload pictures directly from P4P+ to skypixel or Facebook or instagram?

I took pictures last night from the beautiful Montréal skyline. I cannot seem to upload them directly from the remote to skypixel or Instagram...does it have to do with the picture size ? I shot in 4K.
Any help ?

Make sure you have a good internet connection. I believe the SD card has to be in the controller, and not the drone.

Same here. I've tried on WiFi and cell signal with no avail.

Remove the sd card from the aircraft, insert into card reader, connect to la top and download all your images

You can’t shoot pictures in 4K. That’s video.

If your trying to download straight off the drone wirelessly, you can only DL jpeg pictures (not RAW), and 1080 video. Anymore than that and you need to pull the card out.

Spot on, I missed the 4k bit.
Lost as to whether he is shooting video or images!

You can take 4k pics. I'm having the same issue with Skypixel through the DJI Go app. Upload always fail.

Thank you, I stand corrected, but apparently the image only becomes 4K after being processed on a computer, or so I'm told.
