cannot change time to reset battery

I've used DJI APP and litchi and cannot find where to change time for discharge, I haven't updated either app for a few years but when I last set time for discharge it worked ok, when I press on battery icon on tablet all it gives me is the state of battery, so how can I set time for my latest battery, I've even put one of my older battery in and the same happens ????

many thanks Oso, I didn't realise that you had to be online to do this, now done, but off line the battery page didn't come up.
I tried it off line no joy but as soon as I went online it works.

It's been so long that I'd done it I forgot,
