Bad editing I know but it was a quick one so I could leave it uploading while I slept. You'll see I'm adjusting the exposure when turning into the sun. Is there a general auto auto settings that cover most conditions?

Thank you
Phil

I'm trying also to understand what mix of auto and specialized settings works for me... Tomorrow I am still trying to figure out what to do. For fast Lake shots filming water skiing and such, bright sun...

I am thinking trying:

- 1080p 60 fps, (I have a pro but wanna keep it simple. 60 or 30 fps?)
- ND 8 or 16 filter, I have a 32 also
- not shooting in LOG so that I don't have to edit very much.
- Should I still go manual iso/exposure and try to adjust? Or go full auto?

Full auto seems to change Wildly with changing angles, goes bright dark etc. Any help would be appreciated.. I don't want to waste a rare day off at the lake with crap videos..

I'm not taking video of fast action. Just countryside mostly.
