"Calibrate Sticks" message won't go away and won't let me Finish Calibrating

recently had my radio modded with an antenna upgrade.......when i got it back, it keeps asking me to Calibrate the sticks.......however, it won't let me finish the process, no matter how long it try........

anyone else have this issue?
