Cache video problems

Hi I'm new to this site. I posted on general discussion about when looking at cached video from my Samsung note 4 it's all purple and green with ghost images. I own a p3 pro. Anyone know how to correct this?? Thanks,

Found answer cache video is just for reference it is compressed video not meant for finished product
