Very interesting. Probalby should go about getting insurance now before it becomes manditory. At that point premiums could sky rocket.
 
Hum....automatic shutoff. So we're going to legislate that an aircraft turns off inflight if it enters a controlled airspace? A UAS is an aircraft. This bill sounds extremely dangerous. The FAA would never allow that for general aviation aircraft that enter unapproved airspace. Further the state has no authority to regulate federal airspace. Let the FAA regulate the airspace versus states and cities who lack knowledge on the topic and set out dangerous laws that harm the public and industry.
