Board repair

HI I searched for anything like this here and didn't find much. I have 3in1 board I would like repaired. Does anyone recommend a tech.

Its the main board with the giant heatsink. P4S and a main board from a gl300c with damaged conn.

Oh ya pictures....I hate when tech doesn't work. Photos from phone are useless. Over white or not exposed. Trying cheap microscope. I don't want another unit. I would like to find out if we as users can source and repair.
