I've got a problem with my phantom 4 pro. I've noticed a blury patch in my videos and photos. I think it's a focus problem. If you notice in the right hand side is blury

In the samples you've added, I would say that nothing looks really crisp in focus, but certainly the right side is worse. Are you sure you're focusing properly before you take the shot/videos? Might be worth looking at this video

It's possible that the sensor is misaligned, and if that is the case it would need to go back to DJI....sorry I can't be more helpful.

Thanks I've done that and i think it's the sensor

I agree, looks like a definite camera problem No reason the focus would vary from side to side. Hate to ask, but are you sure the lens is clean...?

Yes I did and I've checked on YouTube about this problem and people are saying you need to re-update it and see if that works

I don't see how software would cause the variation from side to side, but who knows?
Good luck!

To give a more accurate image for us to analyze, can you take a shot of something patterned (brick wall) from as near as possible to a 90 degree angle.

Set the iso to 100 or 200 and the camera in aperture priority mode (A) set aperture somewhere between 5.6 and 8 and post that result.

Maybe you do have a problem but that would give us more to go on :)

New pictures taking today and the blur is gone now and it was down to using d-log after I changed it and turn it off it was fine.
