Gently tug left or right on the lease to guide it.
Dog very obviously has a great deal of trust in its owner.

I had a dog that went blind. I live kinna in the country. My dog would leave the deck, go down 15 steps, go across the street to do her business and come back home and back on the deck. She would be heading to crash into a tree and turn and miss it. Must be using her smell talents. I would watch her do this just in case. She also got around the house well as long as we didn't change furniture placement. Maybe the dog in video had been down that path many times. Cool video.
