battery storage

For a longest battery life i know that must keep battery up to 80% from capacity. Never discharge more than 20%. But how you storage? You fully recharge after each fly and keep it on P2? I have read that is not OK to storage full charged battery.

11,2 V for storage that mean need to charge just for 3 battery leds bar and full charge before fly?

I leave my LiPos at 50% charge if I'm not flying for a while.
I have a .50 ammo can to store them in, just in case they fire.

This isn't entirely true. It's recommended that you discharge your battery to 8% about once every 20 charging cycles.

How are you guys able to get charges at such intervals? I'm assuming in order to do this kinda charging and discharging your using an aftermarket charger.
