I am getting around 13 min. of flight time on the 2200 stock battery with no camera on it. I see that Atlanta Hobbies has a great price on 2000. Do you think I can get 10 min. out of one?

You should be OK, but there are a lot of factors that play into flight times besides battery capacity.

If both are of the same C-rate, then the 2000 mAh pack can yield 11:48 minutes or more (less weight) in theory.
Assuming you land with 20% capacity left in the pack as recommended.
