Battery Problem

Hello guys, i have a problem!

My battery is discharged, but the LEDs are all on, as if charged.

Can someone help me?
My battery is original and has 23 cycles.

What makes you say it is discharged? If it truly is discharged, then the circuitry in the battery must have a problem. Call DJI.

put it in the AC power it the RC and display and see what it says in the app

What do you get when you check battery health vs. charge vs. turning on the battery?
