Battery in the remote control

I would charge the battery in the remote control for the second time after purchase. After 7 hours, still 4 white LED lights and the red lamp. When I hold one second start button flashes the four LEDs 3 times. I can not close the remot control either.
Is there anyone who can give me advice.

Maybe I'm not understanding you well, but it seems fully charged.
When it had a red light and all leds on, it seems that you had it turned on, not connected to the drone and fully charged.
