Battery Help

Can anyone tell me if a Phantom 4 Pro battery goes dead (with no bars lit) can it still be charged?

Thanks Nick, but I don't have the Phantom 4 Pro yet, and the battery came from DJI a little earlier than it was supposed to with only one bar lit.

Might be worth investing in a multi-bay or 12 v charger to ease your mind while you wait...Both are available fairly quickly and you'll probably want them down the road anyways...

or

DJI Phantom 4 Intelligent Battery Charging Hub, White (6958265112836)

Thanks Nick, but the Hub requires a charger to power it and the car charger won't get here until mid January. I will have the Phantom 4 by then.

I can't thank you enough for this. I spoke to the gentleman who owns the store and I told him my problem and he said he had one Phantom 4 charger but he said I wouldn't need it because the batteries will charge just fine like msinger said and he really didn't want to sell me a charger. He also said that he'll even guarantee I won't have trouble and will replace the battery if it won't charge. Can you believe this man?

Anyway, I fell a lot better now thanks to you and msinger and I really appreciate that phone number. That fellow has a customer for life. What a great guy he was to talk to.

So thank you very much for your help Ric I really, appreciate it.

I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a new DJI product is under your trees.

You say your battery has just gone dead. Have you tried turning it on and if so was there one red solid bar lit up ? IF so it has gone into hibernation mode and can be sorted by charging the battery normally and should be fine
