Battery charge

I currently have more re -charging cycles on my batteries than re-charge cycles / with flights
My question is it better for my batteries to discharge themselves opposed to flying to discharge my batteries
I most likely have 4 discharge cycles to 1 flight discharge cycle

The P3 bats have a discharge feature, DJI built it and by all accounts it works great, so yeah let it do its thing
