Flying in the cold and I noticed this battery cell problem. Sometimes they don't appear at all but this time it really was a bit to much. Nothing appeared in screen regarding the battery voltage having trouble. Would DJI replace the battery? Around 86% battery life left

I wouldn’t be overly concerned Mate- airdata flags deviations over 70mv as suss. Perhaps a little on the conservative side. msinger’s log viewer has 100mv as the threshold. The estimated flight time and usable capacity reported seem good. Maybe leave them down the front of your dacks a bit longer before you launch when it’s chilly out.

My understanding is the 70 mv minimum is for the lowest cell relative to the next lowest cell, whereas the 100 mv measurement is for the lowest cell relative to the highest cell. Your battery seems to be off in both cases.

As WTB points out, was the battery warmed adequately before launch?

I don't know if DJI would replace - I think it might depend on the battery temp.

If the battery temp was warm when you got that data and you can't get a replacement, I wouldn't necessarily retire it, but I'd land early when using that battery.

MHO

Good luck

Thanks mate. I will just make sure from now I will fly only short periods and try not to fly on really cold days

Good advice. If the worst happens and it gets constant then I will keep the battery just for firmware updates and calibrations if needed. The cell voltage is still the only thing I can't get my head round and learn it
