Auto Takeoff Altitude

Is there any way to change the altitude the craft rises to in auto takeoff?

I find, in strong winds conditions, the altitude to be too low and would love to raise it by 2 or 3 feet. Is this possible and if so how do I do it?

Nope

Just manually take off with the throttle in the full up position until you're at the desired altitude. I usually go up about 10 feet.
