A little more information would help, what AC, GPS status, flight mode, battery level etc.

I have a Phantom 3 Standard. Batteries are at full charge,mode P,both switches are up, GPS good. I have had to recalibrate compass several times. The arrow points up,but after I calabrate it turns around. RTH works. Thanks for any help. New to DGI Phantom and this page.
