Need help when I hook up my phantom v2+ to the Assistant Software v2.00 the mode lights don't come on, ( the red or blue ones on the screen) is there something blocking it?

Need help when I hook up my phantom v2+ to the Assistant Software v2.00 the mode lights don't come on, ( the red or blue ones on the screen) is there something blocking it?

You should be using Assistant software version 3.0. Attach cable to computer/laptop and Phantom, turn phantom on (remove props first in case it spins up) then launch Assistant software. See if that works...
