It's allibaba. They say they are authorized dealer and comes with full warranty.

Aweful low price for a Phantom 4. I would be very careful there.

Alibaba is a wholesale supplier that usually is or deals with the manufacturer. Usually if you want to order from that supplier you need an MOQ (minimum order quantity) which can vary depending on who you are dealing with. Some can be as low as 10 or some as high as 1000. What I have learned from that site from previous orders is that their MOQ is usually different from what they state on their product page, and you must get in contact with the supplier to get an accurate MOQ.

Also that the suppliers listed on Alibaba differ greatly on how reliable and trustworthy they are.
