All motors stutter

Generally when the motor stutters is this a esc or motor problem.

You headline says "All motors stutter" so it is unlikely that all four ESCs failed at once. Probably something else. Check all connectors & calibrate your controller & see if it helps.

Have you ever had prop guards on?

Did you remove them and use the same screws?

The screws for the guards are longer and will damage the motor coils if used without the guards.
