aircraft locked update to latest version.. Why It flys fine now

You need to be a little more detailed in what you are asking about. I was "assuming" that you were referring to the app indicating there was an update required. Normally once the aircraft warms up for flight that message will go away. Granted I am not that familiar with the P4's, but an update should never be mandatory.
Thats what I thought as it has asked for updates before and i ignored them and was able to fly but now it would not let me fly.
Not sure Why but I went to fly it today and it was not locked out.
I have not done anything and I could fly just as before.
I still get warning "update" Abnormal on controller but I do not wish to update
with all the problems it has shown. I also think the newer updates seem to put more limits
on how and where you can fly. it flys fine now.
A second issue if anyone knows I can not seem to be able to view and video in 4k 120fps
I have tried so many sd cards sandisk extreme v30 , class 10, and I have upgraded my computer with a 4k graphic card as well
and 4k monitor. I can view 2k 120fps and 4k 60 fps the 120fps always comes out very choppy and some times with a green hue
just not sure is it the bird or card or computer. I was worse on other computers it is a gaming computer I 7 lots of mem.
