Aircraft firmware update failure to update

Tried to update on my iPad dji assistant and iPhone all said downloading then updating then 100 % then update failed I tried with sim car in and SIM card out also formatted SIM card didn’t make a difference any ideas?

Me done mine with app and OTG cable adapter,,no assistant it never work for me,,,uninstall djigo4then reinstall that way you should get a red prompt to do firmware if it didn't work then click on and download to your device,,then use otg (makes mini to mini usb size plug)then direct from device into p4 drone usb slot ,,works on all mine this way ,, oh till my p4 fell from sky this was how I did it....

If you have the P4P v2.0 it's done via OTA. No need to connect to the drone directly.

I mean, connect everything like you are going to fly and everything will update.

Weird it worked today thanks guys
