Air Force One Just Had A Near Miss With A Drone According To Reporter Onboard (Updated)

The C-32A was descending into Andrews Air Force Base when the incident supposedly took place.

Described by witnesses as yellow and black, and shaped like a cross

The reporter said he thought it was a drone, but he is no expert. How do you become an expert?
I saw a rocket launch in Florida, but I not sure, because I'm not a rocket scientist. Lol

Secret Service is concerned about several "probe" attempts at judging security around POTUS. This drone incident was one of several in recent weeks.

Possible "small" Plastic bag, Balloon, or Bird...
When they actually get a picture of these Drones
I'll be a lot less skeptical of these reports.

I'm not sure I understand what happened in that report. What is a near miss? There seems, fortunately, to have been no actual contact.
