My Phantom was in the back seat! About 21,000 feet. Now keep your flights below 400 feet. I've flown by squadrons of geese up to 20,000 feet. A 15 pound goose will do a lot more damage, and can take down a plane if it hits a front window or tail stabilizer. There are millions of migrating birds flying at way higher altitudes than you can imagine.

Yes, but a flock of geese cant be controlled. If they fly into an engine, it was impossible to prevent. If someone flies a Phantom into a plane, they are to blame for 300 deaths.

You are right Jacob, it is all about the responsibility for the decisions you make. Bad decisions have bad consequences. A short video above 21,000 feet. Kansas thunderstorms can ruin you day.

Wow, there are millions of birds in the sky and they almost never cause aircraft to come down? Why all the hysteria about a few thousand tiny lightweight quadcopters... people really are crazy.
