I'd also recommend getting a windsurfer range extender for $30. Gives you about 50% more range.

Or 3D print one for about $0.02.

Thanks for the vids and explanation of ND filters... Looks like ND8/PL is most versatile. I'm all about customizing but to some extent plug and play is valuable too.

I'll be shooting some snowboarders and skiers next weekend. I will let you all know how the filters work. Polar pro seems best bang for buck.
